October Favorites!

hey everyone,

I can't believe it's monthly favorites time already it feels like only yesterday that I wrote my last one! this month I have quite a lot of new discoveries that I've been loving.

The first thing I've been loving this month is the Reece's pieces. I feel like I am quite late onto the American candy craze type thing as these are the first american sweet I've tried and I only tried them this month! I saw these for 99p in home bargains so I thought I may as well try them and I love them so much! If you've not tried them they are a bit like smarties but with peanut butter in instead of chocolate.

Onto fashion favorites now. I've been wearing these plain black jeans from primark nearly every day this month (might be a slight exaggeration but not by much!) these were only about £10 and they are really comfy. The only issue I have with these jeans is that I accidentally picked up a pair with the long legs I think and anyone who knows me will know I'm not a tall person so I can only wear these with ankle boots, but luckily I wear my ankle boots a lot in the autumn time (  I think i should start a book of all my fails let me know if you'd like to see that haha!)

My next fashion favorite is this scarf (also from primark). You might recognize this from Chloe's post because we picked up the same one (great minds think alike!) This scarf is great for the winter because it is giant (although I am tiny!) It is just tartan on one said and hounds tooth on the other. It was only £7 which I thought was so good!

I only have 2 beauty favorites this month and the first one I'm not sure if its classed as beauty but oh well, its this cream by Aveeno. As it starts to get colder my skin gets really dry especially my hands and my mum gave me this to try and help that and its such a great moisturizer and did help my hands although its ran out now, so I need to get a new one but I would highly recommend it!

My last beauty favorite is this matte lipstick from primark in the colour whisper. I'm not very confident with lipsticks but I wanted to try something different so I picked this up for £1.80 as it was cheap so it wouldn't matter if I didn't like it. However I was quite surprised at this when I tried it as it wasn't drying and I actually really like the color (I'm not very good at describing colors so I'll just put a swatch below) It also smells a bit like coconut!

My last favorite is vlogs. I've just really been loving seeing what other people get up to. some of the people I have been watching a lot are: jakeboys, Emily Canham and velvetgh0st.

Seeing as it's Halloween on Saturday let me know in the comments what you guys are doing for it!?
I will probably do nothing but you never know I might surprise myself and actually do something!

My autumn favourites!

Hi guys!

Instead of doing a monthly favourites I decided to do a post covering some of my favourites and essentials for during the autumnal months. They range from beauty to  skin care ,to really random things such as a type of tea.

Clothing-
I love autumnal clothing, it's always so cozy and I find it's easier to get away with wearing a lot more casual outfits-which is definitely my style. I love wearing darker colours in the autumn and if course wearing boots!

Oversized scarfs- These look great and they are definitely one of my new obsessions! They look so stylish but they keep you so warm!

Jumpers
Ones pictures above are from primark, but I love any really! They look so good paired with just leggings and boots but you can definitely dress them up- I love that about them, I find they are so versatile.

Boots- These ones are from primark but I love any boots, I think they make and outfit look so much better and they are great to keep your feet warm as it gets colder!

Skin care-
Skin care becomes incredibly important when it's colder, I find my skin gets so dry and I really need to take care of it to try and prevent this. I bought these two products not expecting much for the such low prices, but I was pleasantly surprised . I will definitely be trying more of this range and I highly recommend it.

  Serum-Superdrug Simply pure range
This makes my skin feel so much more moisturised and I find that my dry patches have disappeared since using it.

Toner- Superdrug simply pure range
My skin is so much clearer recently since I changed my skin care routine and I definitely think this has something to do with it. It leaves my skin feeling so much cleaner.

Beauty -

Concealer  -Collection lasting perfection
When it's colder my skin starts getting very spotty so of course this had to be featured! It covers any blemishes or redness and is just a must have!

Max factor lipstick- Pink brandy  I'm not too confident with lip colours so I don't go for the deep berry reds and purple but I love this. It quite a dark pink red but I find it very wearable.

Scents- I tend to go for more musky and not as sweet scents as it gets colder, which is hard as I always want to reach for my fruity fragranced perfumes.

Zoella-Blissful Mistful-
One that I do love is Blissful Mistful it's not sweet but it's very fresh smelling.

Candles-
Of course candles are an essential around about this time of year. Who doesn't love their home to smell of a Autumn time and Christmas cookies?

I've pictured a few of my favourite above they include a Yankee candle in Christmas baking in the little jar( it was a mini so didn't come with a jar), a Passion flower and mango one and a wild berry scented one.

Body and hair-
Looking  after your body and hair becomes especially important as it gets colder, your skin will most likely get dryer and so will your hair.

Argan oil -hair mask
My hair feels incredible after using this it feels so much more hydrated.

Baylis & Harding- Jojoba, silk and almond oil shower creme.
This is so moisturising and has the most amazing smell.

Random-

Twinings-English breakfast tea
There is nothing better than snuggling up with a hot drink- tea is definitely my favourite. This tea tastes so good and it's my everyday go to type.

Fairy lights-Primark
Who doesn't love fairy lights!?
These are currently strung round my headboard and I love them they look so cute.

Of course YouTube is also one of my favourites, there is nothing better than snuggling up with with a cup of tea and watching some YouTube! Some of my recent favourite youtubers include Emily Canham, Gabriella Lindley and Jc and kian.

I hope you enjoyed seeing what some of my essentials are in autumn. Comment below your must have autumn products!

Haul~Primark and Topshop

Recently I've  been picking up quite a few things from primark so I thought I'd show you what I got from there , I've also added in an item I got from Topshop. I had basically no clothes suitable for the colder seasons so I was looking for more winter appropriate clothes.

Topshop

Black topshop Joni jeans~£38
I went into topshop just to look and of course I couldn't come out empty handed so ended up buying these. They were expensive but I definitely think they were worth it as they are such good quality.

Primark

Oversized reversible scarf~£7
This is tartan on one side and hounds tooth on the other. This is amazing for the winter as  it looks great and keeps you warm.

Black and white striped long sleeved top~£4
I think a striped top is a wardrobe staple as it is perfect to wear with anything. I like to wear mine under a flannel.

Grey cable knit jumper~£10
Beige cable knit jumper~£10
These are just classic cable knit jumpers, they are perfect for winter and they look great paired with jeans or leggings and a pair of boots.

Brown suede short boots with fur lining~£15
I really needed a pair of short boots so when I saw these I picked them up straight away. These are such good quality and really comfy for such a reasonable and cheap price.

Grey ribbed,cropped long sleeved top~£4
I really needed a plain top that would go with most things as I don't really have one so this is perfect. It was also available in different colours which I will definitely be picking up when i next visit primark( which will most likely be soon!).This looks perfect paired with my Joni jeans, scarf and boots as you would've seen if you read my post from last week -http://teee42.blogspot.com/2015/10/a-little-holiday.html

I hope you enjoyed seeing the clothes I have recently picked up and it maybe gave you some ideas if you are looking for some new clothes for the colder seasons.
Thanks for reading!

Moving house tips and tricks!

Hey everyone,
So as you may know if you follow us on Twitter (@TeaT42) I moved house last weekend so, I thought I would tell you my top tips for moving house!

1. Start packing a while before you move.
I think I must have started packing about a month before we actually moved and I was still rushing to get everything packed (that's probably because I get distracted easily though!) so definatly start packing early so you can be packed up in time.

2. label boxes.
This is quite a obvious one but it just makes everything so much easier if you know what is in the boxes and then you don't have to open every box to find out what's in it when you unpack.

3. Leave clothes on the hangers.
I did this and it made everything so much easier. All you do is grab a bunch of clothes from your wardrobe but leave them on the hangers put them in a bin bag and tape the hangers together at the top. This is so much easier when your unpacking because you can just take the bin bag off and then they are ready to go in your wardrobe.

4. Don't unpack curver boxes.
If you have curver boxes filled with stuff you don't need to to take everything out the box to go in another box you can just tape a bin bag over the top of the curver box and your good to go!

5. Don't take anything you don't need.
Moving house is a great time to throw out all the things you don't need anymore and to de-clutter. It will make your new place look so much nicer and unpacking so much easier if you throw out or take things to the charity shop that you don't use anymore.

They are my five top tips/tricks for moving house let me know your moving tips in the comments!
( sorry the pictures are really bad!)
also let me know if you want me to do a room tour once my room is finished!

A little holiday!

Hi! I'm doing something a little different,I've decided to write a picture telling you about my little holiday and showing some pictures.

Ive got a few days off school so my family decided to go away for a short trip, just for two days!We set of at six in the morning as it takes quite a while to get there,I don't really mind being in the car for long though, except I do get quite bad travel sickness!:/

When we arrived(at around 11 o'clock) we went into the city centre and did some shopping, I spent way too much! I bought quite a lot of items of clothing as I had hardly any autumn/ winter clothes. I think I will do a haul so I'm not going to show what I got.We also came across a shop with loads of American sweets!

Once we finished shopping- around 3-we went and got some lunch at a nice cafe which I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of -typical me haha!

Since the city is quite a big seaside city we then walked along one of the piers and then visited the amusements where I played a lot of 2p slot machines!

The cities main attractions are it's lights that are displayed all along the sea front and the surrounding areas at nights. They are absolutely stunning to go and see and they change every year-meaning it's a different experience each time you visit.

Once we'd looked around and had worked up an appetite it was now 8 o'clock meaning it was now time to go for dinner as we had booked a table earlier.
I ordered a burger with Monterey Jack cheese and bacon which was so good and then had a chocolate fondant with ice cream for dessert which was amazing!

After our meal it was now getting late so we headed to the hotel. I took my make-up of and watched some YouTube before heading off to sleep.

Monday-12th
After showering and washing my face etc (I decided not to put make up on as we were going to an indoor water park!)
I got dressed in clothes that I actually bought the day before-

Reversible tartan and chevron print scarf-Primark
Cropped long sleeved ribbed grey top-Primark
Black super high waisted Joni jeans-Topshop
Brown fur lined Suede short boots-Primark

We then all went down for breakfastt I had a cup of  tea, some fruit with yoghurt and granola, an egg and a blueberry muffin.

We walked along the front again for a bit before going to the water park which was amazing! There was so many good water slides as well as waves and rapids.

After this we went for fish and chips at one of the restaurants along the sea front(which I did not get a picture of either, sorry!). We then drove home which was another long journey but I actually didn't mind because it was dark and I love driving in the dark especially as I got to see the sun setting which is always beautiful!

This was a bit of a different post by I really enjoyed writing it so u hope you enjoyed reading it!
