3 Mug cake recipes!

Today I have 3 different mug cake recipes for you to try. Recently I've become obsessed with making mug cakes as they taste amazing and they are so easy!
I have a chocolate melt in the middle cake, a cookie in a mug( which is my favourite!) and a rainbow sprinkle cake.

Melt in the middle chocolate mug cake
Ingredients-

 4 tbsp self raising flour
 4 tbsp caster sugar
 3 tbsp cocoa powder
 2 tbsp beaten egg
 3tbsp milk
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 1 tbsp Nutella

Mix all the dry ingredients together in the mug  before adding the wet ingredients- not the Nutella. Then place the Nutella in the middle of the mixture. Place in microwave on high for 1 min then for 10-20 second intervals until you feel it is cooked all the way through .

( I added some white chocolate buttons on the top- not that it doesn't have enough chocolate already!)

Cookie in a mug

Ingredients-

1 tbsp melted butter-melt in microwave for 20 seconds
1 tbsp caster sugar
1tbsp brown sugar- I used Demerara
1 egg yolk
3-4 tbsp all purpose flour- depends if you want it gooey or a bit drier
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips/chunks

Optional -
I also chose to put a spoon full of Nutella in the middle of my mixture- which I highly  recommend , it tastes amazing!

Mix the melted butter with the two sugars before adding the egg yolk and the flour. Once stirred until all smooth add chocolate chips( and place some Nutella in middle if you want).

Rainbow sprinkle cake
2tbsp all purpose flour
2tbsp caster sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
2tbsp milk
Capfull of vanilla essence
2tbsp melted butter
2tbsp rainbow sprinkles
 A small pinch of salt

( I forgot to show the sprinkles in the picture- yes, I know they were the most important part!)

Mix all dry ingredients together before adding the wet ingredients. Make sure everything is mixed well before mixing in the sprinkles. Cook in microwave for 1 1/2 -2  minutes
