Have a DIY spa night!
You've got to remember to treat yourself every once in a while and I find this is a great way to do so, as it's cheap if your on a budget and really relaxing. All you need is a face mask, a bath, a bath bomb ( I like to use lush bath bombs as they're my favourite) and YouTube or your favourite film! As long as your relaxing and having a bit of you time you will definitely feel less stressed!
I find this a great way to distress. I love just putting my headphones on and going out for a walk it really helps calm me down (sometimes I take a camera to try and get some Instagram worthy pictures!)
Take the day off!
I know in the lead up to exams you try to revise everyday but, you need a day off. Treat yourself for the revision you've done and you'll feel great! You could meet up with friends or just have a well deserved lazy day at home!
